Homemade No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

-Half of a 14 OZ can of condensed milk

-2 cups heavy cream

-2 tsp vanilla extract

-1-2 cups fresh strawberries chopped

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with a hand mixer on medium high speed until stiff peaks start to form, this should take about 10 min
  2. Add in the condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix at a slow speed for about 2 min
  3. Fold in the strawberries
  4. Pour the whipped mixture into a container, top with more strawberry slices and freeze for about 5 hours.
