Ingredients
-2-3 ripe roma tomatoes diced
-1/4 red onion
-2 cloves garlic
– ½ jalapeno diced
-1/2 cup fresh cilantro
-2 tbsp lime juice
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp cumin
-Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a food processer until salsa forms
- If you prefer a thinner salsa you can add tomato juice
- Add sugar or salt to taste
- Enjoy!
